(3) The granting of Running Powers over its own Section

by the British to the Chinese, The British roserving

the right to claim a similar privalage from the

Chinese or to do the haul for all such trains as are

agreed on te be run under a Joint Time Table as far

as their om boundary or Joint Station, the Chinese

(4) In the case of passengers through trains sach Section

to run through trains in proportion to the mileage of

the two Sections the British retaining the reservation

as laid down in Clause 3 ubore for the transit beyond

(5) That in all through traffic there shall be no delay or

molestation of passengers or goods at the Junction
