(3) The granting of Running Powers over its own Section

by the British to the Chinese, The British roserving

the right to claim a similar privalage from the

Chinese or to do the haul for all such trains as are

agreed on te be run under a Joint Time Table as far

as their om boundary or Joint Station, the Chinese

(4) In the case of passengers through trains sach Section
